I really dont think as pegs they would be that useful, TBH! They have a hole for the guy rather than a hook. I bought a set to shove into the ground to please the kids who are little enough to like anything shiny still. The light-up part is inside the top and they seem as robust as plastic pegs ever do!!

The little LED is on a pivot and swings out of the way for banging in and for turning on and off.

I was just thinking the same thing. Bet they would't last a minute with my lump hammer, whether the lights swing out or not!

Er, I gave in today and bought some, but obviously not to replace the Delta pegs, just for fun!
And another £25 worth of junk from Poundland! Lol
I am sure some of it will come in handy tho, oh I did get the kids headlamps in there today, and the tinyest little picnic blanket (prob use for dog), and some solar lights for the garden!

They may be ideal for marking guy ropes. I used to have a tunnel tent which had two guys at the front which for some reason the entire campsite wanted to trip over and then walk off giggling, leaving me to get out of bed to make sure they hadn't pulled the pegs out!!
Eventually I bought those chemical light sticks and stuck one on each guy at night. Worked, but since they only lasted one night it became expensive.
Illuminated pegs would do the job but I wouldn't trust them on the guys themselves.
