Hi I'm new here, I have lurked on and off for a month or so but this is my first post...

Well, we made the mistake of getting some Tesco own brand air beds and they were useless, deflated completely in just one night so I'm looking for new decent ones. We'll be going away in July when I'll be 36 weeks pregnant so I really need a reliable air bed! I've been looking at the campingaz convertible quickbed:

Does anyone know if they're any good? I'm keen on getting a double type one but don't fancy being moved around by my OH fidgeting as I'll be waking up a lot as it is, and I'll need the sleep to run around after our 2 year old!

We have the Outwell Colorado 5 and use the big bedroom so there should be plenty of space there - just we never really have a load of space in the car (need some space-saver tips!) so it can't get anything too bulky.

I have two campingaz standard air beds and they are fine, i like the big inflation valve which in conjunction with the rechargable pump i have will blow up the bed in no time at all

if i use the campinggaz bed for a long weekend by the time i am packing up on a monday the beds ar a little bit soft but i just keep the pump handy and top up as required

the most popular bed that allways get rave reviews on here is the coleman comfort airbeds I have never used one but they seem very popular

hlk that bed looks so luxurious but I'm thinking just a little bit too big... I don't think I could convince OH as he would happily just have a roll mat!

Rockford and torce ten - do you have to get the campingaz pump to go with the bed or will any do? If you do have to get it, how is it powered?

 as above you can use any pump for the bed but it the campingaz one is made for the job and the nozzle fits straight onto the bed without hoses or adaptors

we have the gampingaz rechargeable pump which we charge on the 240v at home and this lasts us about a week and we have used it for beds and  boats and if it runs low it has a 12volt lead to charge from the car
