Do any of you peeps now where i can buy a couple of cheap wind breakers just the good old stripey ones will do.

most camping shops sell them in 5 or 10 pole variety, Also any shops by beaches usually have them as well. I made ours from old canvas and broom stales. matches tent !
B & M 10 pole is £14.99. I have 3, and have recommended them to so many people the site where we have our caravan for the summer is now almost all the same windbreaks.

Definitely buy the wooden pole ones. I thought I'd buyt the metal ones last year (they're telescopic and have nylon fabric not canvas) and they were rubbish. Not particularly cheap either. Dumped them during the week we were using them as they bent in the wind.
Getting some wooden ones this year, assuming they haven't all sold out after everyone's recommendation!
