The TV in the link will be fine, but appears to be mains only; if you only ever use EHU then this will be ok but if you ever plan a break without hook-up and need 12v, then you might want a re-think.
The EHU post's you connect to will have suitable protection, so there are no "regulators" etc., required.
Personally, I use a dirt-cheap Technica 17" Freeview/DVD LCD TV from Tesco which is very lightweight and works an absolute treat, bought specifically for use in the van and is mains only as I don't envisge a need for 12v myself.
