Lighting for tent, eg wind-up torch or UFO light. Essential as it gets very dark at night, I mean, no street lights, or other artificial light sources.

Perhaps a picnic rug to sit on, too. Should be easy to rollup and stash in a backpack.

You may want to reconsider if you can do without the EHU. Plenty of layers of clothes instead of the heater, and heat water in a pan for your brew. Just a thought as the EHU leads can be bloomin' heavy!

sadly no cant do without Ehu for more than few days .Youngest  is just a bout to get a power chair so going to need to plug him in , mind he will then be able to act as mini packhorse, heater could probably mange without after reading views on here have gone for decent sleeping bags.

I forgot about lights thank you

Knife's fork's spoon's and by mini pans do u mean small house pans or small camping pans, if you use small house pans it will take longer to cook things, they small camping pans are also lighter to carry

Hope this helps

Hmm, but mini pans for 5 people with 2 with hungry teens ?

Cheap supermarket lightweight pans but normal sized might be more suitable.
In a mini pan you would only be able to cook for one or 2 at a time, so will use double the amount of gas, and take twice as long too.
For instance, a beans on toast breakfast or lunch for a teen meant a large tin of beans and 3-4 slices of toast each when my boys were that age . On a single ring with mini pans it would take ages to make a hot snack for everyone

Which reminds me, this
camping toaster is fab, cooks in about 10 seconds, dont get the 4 slice pyramid type tho, they are rubbish.

I got the 4 pan set from gooutdoors as their is only me and the wife, we have found that when we take the girls with us we could do with more pans and a bit bigger then the big pan we have already, i had the pyramid taoster and found it rubbish, that why i went to a electric toaster much better and easier as well.

Get another briefcase stove! One burner trying to cook for a family of 5 will take forever and you can at least fry up the bacon and make your coffee at the same time.
