Hi following our recent trip, the elastic and wire pin attachment has become detached from one section of a side pole. Just wondered if anyone had an idea how to fix it and if I should get a special tool. We've fiddled with it but to no avail.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

ps Also does anyone have any tips on an easy way to dismantle them as they tend to stick. We normally gently tap 'em with the mallet to loosen them when taking the tent down. thanks.
