Hi sam, abc near asda or mike davies in killay should sell packs of replacement poles ,or millets or blacks in high st . Lay the pole on a tape measure to get the diameter , or take the pole in with you to check the diameter is the same , no need to be vango brand .
replacement poles are usually slightly longer than they need to be. you cut to size with a junior hacksaw , put a bit of masking tape around it first to stop splintering and a quick rub with sandpaper afterwards to file any rough bits.
Says here that they are 11mm poles , and you can buy single poles online at tentspares .
thanks for that beefs mum, but the xp uses different poles than the 400 standard tent, also there are 9 poles in the set not 6 as in the ebay guy is selling
Oh I see, didnt realise they are different poles on the xp .
I think the xp had extra poles over the bedroom pods when they realised there was saggy bedrooms in the original .
have you measured the diameter of yours ?
Hi. No need to buy a complete set. Just replacement sections as Debbie said. Have a look at Tentspares, they are reckoned to be pretty good. Remember you'll need to re-thread the elastic so will need a kit for that.
