Hi Colin and welcome. I joined not long ago and people are really so helpful and lovely. It depends what kind of gas you want to use as to the regulator - good choice of stove by the way, we have just got one of those!
Most people use butane (Blue bottle) for summer cooking and Calor Gas is cheaper than Camping Gaz, though if you are going abroad, Camping Gaz is easier to get hold of. The other option is propane (orange bottle), which holds less in the bottle but will be more reliable at lower temperatures than butane.
For the butane you will need a blue regulator and for propane an orange regulator. These will be stocked in most camping shops. If you have a go outdoors near you, they will havbe the lot. Be aware that if you do not have a gas bottle already, you will need to pay a 29.99 service charge as well as for the gas itself. All in about £45-48.
I asked on freecycle for a gas cylinder and was offered quite a few. Got one from a guy round the corner. I think lots of people have these just sitting in their sheds.

Rockster has got all of the facts for you, but make sure that you take a suitable spanner with you. the Calor for instance will require a 30mm spanner which is too big to be founf in most tool kits, as it is a one off purchase I bought a full size chromed spanner I think it cost me £7.00 at a local hardware store and because of it's length it takes next to no effort to tighten.
Another worthwile purchase is a bag to keep it in, try Amazon, I think it's £8.00 post free and will serve two main purposes it will keep everything together and will protect the cooker from knocks and scratches that would otherwise be open to the elements and probably rust.
By the way the hose and jubilee clips should be replaced approx every 3yrs, just to be on the safe side.

When deciding on type of gas to use, bear in mind that not everywhere stocks Calor propane. You could however plump for Calor Patio Gas, which is propane inside, but seems to be easier to track down. But then, you need yet another type of regulator for those green and red bottles.
