Got me one yesterday from Tesco :) book was in the box but instructions are really simple. Turn the big dial to the line mark nearest the switch -  turn on to inflate. to deflate turn to line at other side and turn on. If you want to let a bit of air out turn towards dflate and turn back when you are happy with it. If you have no power supply shove a pump nozzel into the hole in the middle of the wheel whilst set to inflate, this will let air in but not out.

Dont know where to get it online but I hope this helps :)

Don't know where to get instructions but the bed is great. We've had one now for 2 months and it is permanently up in the awning of our caravan and hasn't needed any extra air since it was first blown up. We've used it every weekend and for 3 full weeks. I sleep better in that than I do in our water bed at home and neither hubby or I are small people and then the dog sleeps in the middle.
