I'm just about to place an order but they are a company I've never delt with before - however they are the cheapest for the item I want

Well I certainly hope someone comes along soon with something nice to say about the company. I'm sure they must have picked things up by now, there's so much competition about now, & 2 years ago they could probably afford to be lazy, these days they'd be bust in a month.

OMG, i can't believe this lot have not got their act together yet, notorious last year for late delivery, usually because they didn't have things in stock when they said they did, it's a family run business according to them, personally i think they are inept in the extreme, all you can do is bombard them with phone calls or do a credit card call back and pay the extra fiver for peace of mind

Don’t think you have anything to worry about. I live in Huddersfield and went over there last week to pick up my tent. When they are open, they will have what will be the biggest outdoor and camping shop I have ever seen. They had about 20 people running around getting orders out. When I ordered I called them to say that I wanted to collect, I got straight through and they said I could collect straight away. Their wearhouse was stuffed full of tents and other camping bits. I got my tent 45 mins after ordering it. How bad can that be? The woman that sorted me out was lovely (though she wouldn’t give me her number – she might now if she reads this – it’s Daz who bought the Pictor)!

I've ordered shed loads from Outdoormania.co.uk and never experienced a single problem. Next day always. Service great. Maybe there's another outdoormania! dot com or something.
