After reading various posts of bad service, (which sadly seems to be on the increase).  I would like to give a positive shout out to 3 great moments of customer service.

Mick Withers and his trailer covers, although I haven't got item yet he has responding very promptly and with humour to all my enquiries and has been has helpful as he possibly can.  If our camper cover is as good as his customer service, I'll be very happy!!

Highbridge Caravans, whom I contacted enquiring about hinges for my Pennine Pullman, they did their best to provide them for me, but couldn't but they contacted Pennine for us and got them to search through their boxes of old stock to find them for us!!! Then instead of getting any cut of the final sale, they told us to contact Pennine direct explain who we were and Pennine would send them to us, so as to save us P&P cost.  Again excellent customer service.

Pennine.  For searching through all their old boxes of stock to find the hinges for us, and for not charging us the earth for them, they posted them same day as we contacted them, and we recieved them next day.  What more can you ask for!!

So amongst all the poor service, I have had my faith restored, and would encourage people to use these superb companies!!!

We've just got fantastic service from Riversway Leisure.  We ordered a Cadac on Monday evening.  It arrived on Wednesday morning.  When we unpacked it today we noticed that the enamel had come off of one of the parts.  We called them and without question they offered to send a replacement part straight away and to use the other unit if we need to.

We couldn't ask for better service than that!
