Last year I bought the red Coleman cookset for our trips, but had to return it after just one trip away as all the non-stick coating came off the first time we used it. It was a perfect size though.
Now we're looking for a replacement. We're a family of 5 so are looking for a decent sized set. Can anyone recommend anything??
Well, ordinarily I'd recommend the one you had trouble with! We've had no trouble at all with ours, and had it two years now. Would it be worth trying it again?
Hi, I've just bought a lovely non stick family set (four pans, three lids) from ebay for my sister. The pans were a really good size and seemed really good quality (had been used once, non stick coating was fine). Fairly sure it was Sunngas, paid £16 for it.
we have the colman one and i have found it ok ... however i also have the camping gaz ones and they are very good but nowhere near as big as the coleman ones
------------- A tent is like a newborn born baby..... to some they all look the same..... but if its yours it's beautiful.

If you have the space to carry them, take a set of good quality conventional stainless steel pans. They are far superior to lightweight aluminium camping sets, food does not burn on them and they are easier to clean.
