Last year I bought the red Coleman cookset for our trips, but had to return it after just one trip away as all the non-stick coating came off the first time we used it. It was a perfect size though.

Now we're looking for a replacement. We're a family of 5 so are looking for a decent sized set. Can anyone recommend anything??

Hi, I've just bought a lovely non stick family set (four pans, three lids) from ebay for my sister. The pans were a really good size and seemed really good quality (had been used once, non stick coating was fine). Fairly sure it was Sunngas, paid £16 for it.

If you have the space to carry them, take a set of good quality conventional stainless steel pans.
They are far superior to lightweight aluminium camping sets, food does not burn on them and they are easier to clean.
