AHHHHHHHHH I ordered the Cadac from Tesco which arrived this morning (thank god as I go on Sunday) but I ordered the cover and roasting pan from Riversway. Not only did I order it and it was showing in stock but I also emailed telling them when I needed it for and if there's any problem regarding this to let me know.
Now did they let me know they were out of stock of the roasting pan? NOPE
I rang yesterday and today and they are saying stocks haven't arrived - looking very unlikely it'll arrive by Friday now.
We use a roasting pan we bought for £3 something in £stretcher

Have to agree that it's not like Riversway
I'm wondering if it's something to do with Cadac moving to Sheffiled that's causing the problems. I'm presuming stock were run low for the warehouse move and it's just taking time to replenish them and ship them out to suppliers?? Just a theory
I too am having problems with Riversway (but not in relation to a Cadac) - sendig me the wrong item rather than the item I have ordered and pay for which is totally useless. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.
Like Charlichoo says, I won't be using them again.
My Camping Chef Plus arrived with a cracked control knob and all the zips shattered from the carry bag. After an initial phone call 28/04 when they promised replacement parts I have recieved nothing - and they have also stopped responding to e mails. Very disappointed with their customer service.
I ordered a folding cupboard from Riversway only to get a phone call a day or two later to say they did not have any in stock. It appears that just because it allows you to order it doesn't mean it is in stock! Will give them the benefit of the doubt though and try them one more time!
