Last year i bought a camping gaz electric cool box and inverter but in August of this year the cigarette lead melted so i e mailed Colemans who sent me a replacement lead but when i tried it this also became very hot and started smelling of burning. I e mailed them to explain so they told me to send the lid back using a freepost address so they could check it out themselves.
This morning i received a brand new coolbox and a written apology for the defect. It is nice in this day and age to get customer service of this quality. I know the box had a two year guarantee but i am extremely happy about their commitment.
