I would recommend the Double Skillet, I had been through a series of frying pans all claiming to be nonstick but were not, these are so good I use them all the time at home too - the non stick is the best I have ever used

Handles are clip on removeable ones too, not the hook on type but proper clip on and won't fall off 

This is the large (24 inch) pair, not cheap at £40 but very worth the money imo and you can do lots of other things in them too including cooking a roast
