That's really bad luck. Decathlon seem to have the strangest system, only delivering to certain areas from certain stores. The website told me I had to order from Surrey Quays and if I had waited to think about it a couple of days I would have lost out too. Once the parcel is in Parcelforce's system I wouldn't have thought it mattered how far it had to go - but what do I know.

Ive just spoken to Decathlon and have ordered my Quecha by phone. Credit card and gave them my address. Parcel Force. So dont believe the website- they do post items out by Parcel Force hopefully it will arrive by the weekend and my next camping adventure.....

We have the Oztent CR1 small pop-up tent to use for storage next to our campervan. It takes our chairs, table, and a couple of clothes bags (if we stack them carefully). It's also been useful to change in. It's so quick to put up and put away, just what you want for 1 or 2 nights away. Also, it marks your pitch if you drive off site.

We recently bought a Quechua Base pop-up in the sale (couldn't resist it!). It's also been great. Obviously bigger than the Oztent pop-up and takes a little longer to put up and take down but quicker than an equivalent sized ordinary tent. It's great if you need a little more space if there's more than two of you and provides somewhere to sit out of the rain and cold if needed. We place the Quechua about a metre from the van (our van is higher than the Quechua so it can't go right next to it.

When we went to buy the Oz tent we visited the UK stockists base which is in Upton-on-Severn, Worcestershire. We also saw the RV1 - very sturdy it seemed, but not the type of tent we were looking for.
