Is it safe to use paraffin heaters in tents,thinking of the Big red one, states "camping" on some adverts, when theres no ehu,worried about fumes.

When there are so many available that come with mains and car chargers I personally would never use them, especially with my young children.

they pump out as much water as they burn fuel ,gas is only just better as it doesnt smell as much.
we used to use tilly radiators years ago nice but noisy but we now just use a baby camping gaz fire (uses c204? carts) or a fan heater on ehu
thought about one of those black cat? (the coleman one) as there was a boxed new one for a fiver at a boot fair but it wouldnt use my c204?s of which i have scores so i didnt bother

I have never seen a rechargeable heater, they must have enormous batteries and I cannot imagine recharging them from a car.

Parafin in a tent? I wouldn't use it at home, let alone in something highly flamable.
