First class customer service!
Bought a outwell montana 6 in march 2010, used it for 3 weekend trips since then and found the tent material had started to stretch near a seam and make small holes visible. knowing after a few more camps this would probably become a lot worse i decided to ask go outdoors what they would do , i went back to my local store (Stockton) equipped with tent and a few pics i had taken of the fault . They didn't even want to see the tent out of the bag after viewing the pics , just asked me for a few details and swopped my tent for a brand new one with 12 month guarantee ! very pleased and a big recomendation from our family for great service
