Hello finlayson.
Although not exactly rechargeable, I use a Wilkinson Gelert Portable pump for about 8 GBP.
It has adapters for different size orifices.
Inhales and exhales. (so to speak) lol
It takes 4 standard 'D' Cells, but you could buy rechargeable ones and charger for them.
I use mine for the air mattresses, and vacuum bags, works a treat.
