We did exactly this to buy the Carri Chef Deluxe. Basically take your vouchers (in multiples of £5) to your local Tesco to the customer services desk & they will exchange them for twice their value: you need to ask for Garden department vouchers. Don't go over the amount though as they won't give change, therefore what we did was cash in £65 of vouchers to get £130 of Garden vouchers, leaving us to pay £9.99.
Then go online to Tesco Direct, add the Cadac you want to your basket and enter the voucher codes on the printed slips that customer services give you. As you put the codes in, the amount to pay will reduce; just pay the balance on your normal card.
You'll most likely be quoted 10 days delivery as it comes straight from the manufacturer, but Cadac phoned the next day & delivered 2 days after so it wasn't too bad. It's a bit of a faff, but a high-spec Cadac for a tenner & a handful of Clubcard vouchers has to be worth it.
Don't forget the offer ends 5th September though.
