I've been looking around for a long time too as I've got the utah 6 and occasionally they come up on ebay but very rarely (save a search to help you find it). Most of the time they come as part of a set with the tent which I don't need!!
I did ask on here about a month ago whether anyone had any suggestions as to another canopy that would vaguely fit but didn't get any replies, I think there aren't many utah owners out there and those that have them were sensible enough to get the extension at the same time.
At the moment my budget won't stretch to getting a canopy so I haven't had a look in earnest yet, but when I do get around to it I was planning on having a really good look at the different canapies around and how they attach, and whether I can get any to fit well enough and not look strange on either the front or the side doors.
