We are going camping in France next year.  Do I need to buy some sort of converter for EHU or do we plug ours straight into their EHU sockets?  I haven't got a clue!

Whilst many campsites have the common European CEE17 blue connector there are still quite a few sites that still have the Continental 2 pin connector for which you will require an adaptor. They are not that expensive, usuall about a fiver from camping accessory shops.

agree wholeheartedly with david above     majority are blue 3 pin  but always take a continental 2 pin just in case

I bought an adaptor 2 years ago and on over a dozen campsites in France never had to use it - until our very last campsite this year!  I was so happy my fiver hadnt gone to waste!

I'm sure that this is a case of "if you don't have the adaptor, you will need it"
