Hello mondial.
I use Thetford Blue, I bought it from Halfords.
It is a well known, and respected chemical, for use on sites with CDP's.

Hope this helps.

In the beginning there was darkness.
Then I bought a tent.

A few sites, using biological disposal systems, may insist you use only the eco-friendlier versions, Aqua Kem Green etc.

I use the Thetford blue or green, whichever is available at my local camping shop when I go, and find them both equally as good.

A bit of friendly advice? It might be an idea to turn your caps lock off - typing in capitals is considered to be shouting. Don't worry, a lot of us have probably done it at some time

Based on advice elsewhere on this site, we bought some Elsan Organic. It can be used in both the waste and the rinse sections of the toilet and it smells quite pleasant as well. Not at all 'chemically' if you get what I mean.

My caravan is currrently in storage, so I cant tell you the brand names, but a few tips. From most caravan spares outlets, you can buy a double pack of a litre of each blue ( for the cassette toilet ) and pink ( for the flush, if you have one ). Like all brands, they say to use more than is actually required. I put about a mug of water into the cassette followed by about 2/3rds of the blue liquid of the recommended amount. The more water that is put in, in the first place, means the time for emptying will come around quicker...its not THAT essential that there is so much water in the cassette before use !  Another tip for the pink is this. I use 2 litre water bottles for mixing. A lot of caravanners use watering cans, as the labels state X amount of pink to 10 litres of water. I have got the measurements down to a fine art, using the 2 litre bottles...I go by the colour of the mix, rather than measuring it out exactly. Again, the labels state a stronger mix than is really necessary. Also, I find with the two of us, one 2 litre bottle is enough for 2 hours of flush, so it works well.

We use Fenwicks Top and Tail. The same fluid goes in the top and the bottom but at different strengths as per label. It's easy to get hold of for us as we have a Halfords round the corner.

For the waste tank you might want to consider using the sachets or "teabags". I think quite a few brands are available, but we have only tried the Elsan and Thetford ones.

They are very easy to use, just open the blade and drop one straight into the tank, add some water to dissolve.
Saves any measuring, no risk of spillage, and much less weight to carry with you.

Once you get used to how often you need to empty the cassette, you can easily work out how many sachets you need to take along on a particular trip.

Downside is, they work out more expensive to use, but we are happy to swap cost for convenience and less weight.
