currently have a trailer tent with an unpumped water supply.  (aqua roll 40L, + waste hog).

 How can we set up a pumped system to work from 12v battery, as in, what do we need and how do we go about converting it.

any ideas, or tried & tested methods apreciated.

How about a submersible pump.  Just drop in your aqua roll.  Simple bell switch to operate.

Don't know what sink and tap arrangement you have but you would also need a tap and enough pipe to link to pump.  Perhaps some wire to supply 12v to pump depending on how far from battery.  You may need an inline fuse depending on which pump you get. 

Unlike me, make sure pump will actually fit auqa roll aperture.   :-(

Try Towsure web site. They've got foot operated pumps and electric pumps with micro switches. I'm sure you'l find something.

I made one for my watercarrier.

Think the submersible pump came from towsure. Bit of plastic tube some wire, a push button, some heat shrink and its done. Plugs into a 12v cigarette lighter style plug extension fed from my leisure battery.

Neat and functional there Stuart.
