JRC and NASH are the makers of the better camp bed's, mostly used by night fishing folk, have you thought of going for a self inflating matt, which is a different ball of wax to an air bed, a couple of years ago we bought two "ThermaRest DreamTime XL's" they are great, although the pack size quite big.
The Outwell folding beds are good if your bedroom inners are tall enough and long enough to take them. We've got a large deluxe, which packs up quickly and quite small but is really comfy (although we only use it for sunbathing, not for sleeping on).
To be honest, we prefer to just use our Thermarest Basecamp SIMs on the floor. We've just camped out over Christmas and they've been fine.
TFG(total fighing gear) comfort zone beds etc seem the biz, ive friends who got them so thats my next purchase, im going for the king size on ebay tho as im quite ample, their comfort zone sleeping bags are recommended too.
