Hi

Does anybody know where I can find a tent carpet for the mojave 5, I know Hi gear have them for £50 but ideally I didnt really want to pay that much, has anyone found them cheaper anywhere else?

I doubt you will get it any cheaper. Hi Gear is the make of Go Outdoors, so its not really going to be sold in many places other than Go. Although, I think there is an equivalent Gelert tent as Hi Gear and Gelert are the same tents with different names. You may get the carpet for the equivalent gelert one a bit cheaper, but i wouldnt hold much hope.

We have a Mojave 5 and use plastic backed travel rugs in lounge area plus thin rectangular doormats from Ikea at the entrances. Had silvered space blankets on bedroom floors as extra insulation.

Coleman make a universal carpet 2.3m x 2.3m which can be cut you can pick these up on Ebay for around £20
