Also always worth remembering with towbar mounted bike racks that you need to add the actual noseweight of the trailer to the weight of the rack and bikes and make sure this doesn't exceed the towbar noseweight limit.
To my mind that usually means a maximum of 2 bikes, assuming it's a smallish trailer! With a larger trailer (such as my Pathfinder) the ideal noseweight (7% of the laden weight) will be about on the limit for most towbars. I suspect the fridge box makes the noseweight quite high anyway.
