I'm looking to change....should I go BP Lite, or Calor Lite for my touring caravan ? Thanks.

if you already use calor then your regulators will fit on the calor lite.

Only correct if using "propane" in the red bottles.

"butane" bottles are blue and the regulator will not fit calor lite IMO

I've just swapped a 7kg Calor butane for a Calorlite propane, cost £21-95 for the refill, will do the same with my remaining bottles as they empty.

If your thinking of going over to Europe, then BP GasLite maybe a better option, as I did read that it's going to be available Europe wide unlike Calor.

Im thinking of doing the same, i have the small 4kg? red calor bottles, and would like to swap to calorlite, is there any charge for the change of bottle type, or is it just as anormal exchange for the price of the gas?

some places will let you change size without charge. I found that caravan dealers would not do this. I initially changed the small cylinder for a 6 kg propane ordinary - when that was empty I could then do a straight swap for the lite one.
