I'm looking for a supplier of camping chairs in Scotland or the north of England. Online suppliers aren't too difficult to find but I really want to try the chairs before I buy and would like to see a good selection.
Got ours from Riversway at Preston, "Lafuma Champ Elips Green Padded", superb chairs real comfy, and are still like new, paid £30 each for them a couple of years back, when they were in the ex-display clearance sale.
All depends how much you want to spend. B&M do mega cheap camping chairs for a fiver, not sure how comfy they are but I suppose you pay for what you get! Have you tried Go Outdoors?
In the North of England I would suggest you try: Go Outdoors at Stockton Catterick Caravans at Brompton on Swale Ropers at Brompton on Swale Discover at Darlington
Another thumbs up for Royal Commander chairs here too, if you're big boned like me and hubby they're perfect - so comfortable!! I bought mine from an Ebay shop, they were £37.50 each with free p&p and arrived withing a couple of days of ordering them. Warning though, they're a lot bigger than normal camping chairs and wil take up a bit more boot space - but we thought it worth it for the hours we'll be sat in them while away :o)

2013
March - Pooley Bridge (Pod booked!)
May - Spiers House, Pickering
June - La Garangeoire, Vendee, France
Aug - The Cotswolds?
Also take a look in any decent tackle shop (online also), there are loads of comfy and adjustable chairs, maybe not the smallest about, but robust and should last. Look to spend between 20 and 50 pounds each for a nice one....
We dont like the typical fold away chairs as they are often broken in hours.....
focus are doing canvas camping chairs for £6.95 each nice and light they fold down small and seem quite sturdy i just bought 2, and if you spend over £50 you get 15% off
