Well if that is all you want it for anyone above 14.4volts should do it. Its not really going to put a huge burden on the drill. Cheap & cheerful does it.
You will need to purchase the attachment separatly from a caravan accessory store/ebay.
I too use an 18v cheap-n-cheerful 'Wickes' own cordless drill and this does the job a treat. Certainly don't need some £150 DeWalt just for the steadies.

I am also in the cheap and cheerful camp as my experience from the past suggests that they do the job but the batteries fail if they are not regularly charged. I just got one from B&Q for about a tenner, its only a 12v one but it does the job.
I bought a "Performance Power 24V" from B&Q. Okay it wasnt the cheapest but the battery life is superb. Stays up and down twice - 20 screw pegs in and out and the battery is still full of life
