I have and so have all our scouts, I did a review of a tent my brother bought but didn't know it was ok to mention his web site.
He's a nice bloke. Not very camp but loves the italian job (no flowery shirts ) tries very hard to be the best ie does return calls and does use the product and does it appears care as much after we bought as he did before.
He does know the products , we got loads of info and we have been on the same site he tries each model out on in Herne Bay. According to the owners he pretty much road tests all models with his family.
Friend of mine got a victory on sat, took his family down the guy made them all drinks and gave a free chair.
I give him 10/10 and do reccomend him highly . He's a smal business but had great ties to the makers. I have pushed all our family and friends his way without telling him everybody got the same good service.
exceptional on aftersales, we had a ring pin missing and it was on site the next day.
prices pretty good, sells loads on ebay apparently but we bought from him here
