Have wanted one of these for a while but put off by the price but spotted a brand new one on ebay at the weekend £25 cheaper than anywhere else.  I won the auction and it arrived today. Just spent a few mins assembling it and putting it in its very strong storage bag. It looks like a great bit of kit, and a good pack size too. I like the fact it dosent need much charcoal and only takes 10 mins from lighting it to it being ready to cook on. Anyone use one and if so what do you think?

me too Bob, hoping it will mean we actually get fed at night on holiday as OH is a nightmare with a traditional bbq, never leaves it long enough for charcoal to turn white or keeps faffing with it whilst we all starve lol. I love our cadac but he much prefers the charcoal flavour and sites we are off to in France this year allow charcoal bbqs.

I bought one towards the end of last year Rhonda, tried to use it once in the garden, but reckon I was doing something wrong as took ages to light, then never had another chance to try it out again

Will be paying attention to what others suggest as I want to use it lot's this year!

We've had ours for 2 years and its great - we haven't used it so much lately because of the Cadac but it really is brilliant as a compact quick BBQ - never had a problem getting it going and afterwards just close it up whilst it self cleans itself - what more can you ask for!

We have one (bought a couple of years ago). It is quite difficult to light and takes a lot longer than the stated 10 minutes to get to correct cooking temperature. Once going it is OK, but we have never actually taken it camping with us.
