Hello everybody,

My name is John, I'm a student from Holland and for my school project I am investigating the british and their camping habbits.

If you could anwser the following questions you will make me very happy.

- What are the biggest distributors of camping equipment in England? (It should not be companies which operate online only)

-What are the biggest brands in England for camping equipment?

Possibly Yeomans or Go Outdoors

Can only think of a couple of British high-selling tent brands, Vango (including Lichfield) and Gelert - the others seem mainly to be Danish or American owned!

There are a few UKCS members who work in the camping retail industry who will probably give you a better idea.

The British certainly spend less on their tents than the Dutch.
