Hello,

We have a campingaz portable toilet and really struggle to empty the cassette as it is very difficult to unscrew.  If it isn't on tightly it leaks, have tried greasing the rubber valve but it still is jammed on tight.  Have used a jubilee clip once and a screwdriver another time!  Any advice gratefully received!

We have a Fiamma BiPot and I do occasionally find it a struggle to undo. Best thing I find is to use my legs to support the unit and that then frees both hands up to turn the cap.

Thanks for the tips, we did manage to get the lid off by wearing rubber gloves but I think the jubilee clip and screwdriver may have loosened it a bit.  My husband has deceided to use an old leather belt next time, we'll see how that goes!
