Hi there, after many hours of putting up our new Pyramid Tuscany 1050cm awning, I am forced to ask for help. I have a LMC and this awning is brand new with quick locking poles. My husband and I have even moved our caravan to find flatter ground to see if that makes a difference but it still wont't build right. The problem we are having is the higher apex front wall is sagging and bulging out, also the roof has been sagging and catching rain. I have looked on the internet to see if there is such as thing as a visiting specialist who will come and build it for us, at a price as this would solve our problems. I would rather pay an awning specialist than buy a new awning as this is going to end up happening! We have been up to the caravan today as after the recent rain the awning had collapsed, so please if anyone can help I'd be so grateful.

We usually find if we are stuck or having a prob whilst out with the van, that the people around are only too willing to help do not be frightened to ask a fellow caravaner on site for assistance also did you check before buying that the awning was suitable for your van with the retailer
