Just seen an advert on my lappy homepage for the above item from a firm called GIZOO, states kills flies bugs and other biting insects, price £14.95, nice lantern type thingy. Has anyone got one and do they do the job? Sorry, don't know how to link.

I havent got one, only a electric one. So really cant judge on it.

We have one similar. It really doesnt get enough charge to then when on actually kill anything. I'd save your money. There are much better / easier ways of avoiding midgies & mozzies.

Dear Lounger, forgot to add, when a spider/wasp etc comes into MY space, ie my house, I capture it if I can and release it outdoors; I agree with you we are all Gods creatures, but I cannot tolerate being bombarded when I step outdoors! Sorry and all that.
