It will all fit in the Cobb bag with a bit of practice but without the dome extension I'm not sure what order (with the extension you sit the dome upside down on the extension). Sorry - that's not much help is it!
As for the heat beads, it depends on what you're cooking. Adding more beads is the same as turning up the temperature on your oven at home. I use briquettes on mine and to roast a chicken I usually use 10. Remember that each time you lift the lid to see how it's doing you're letting all of the heat out of the oven and it won't start cooking properly again until it's back up to temperature. I usually find it takes about 1 hr 45 minutes to cook a chicken.
Top tip with the frying pan is to put the dome on for 15-20 mins before you start frying - gets it sizzling hot! You could also find a (normal) wok that sits nicely in the rim so you can do stirfries and chilli, etc.
Cobb cooking involves a lot of trial and error but stick with it and you'll soon find that you can cook practically anything on it! My daughter baked buns in ours!
Happy cobbing!
