Using my easy chef (cadac) I lit up and it sent a blow back and caused a massive sooty, yellow flame. I feared the worst so I turned it off then tried again but still that yellow flame was there. What mess trying to clean the equioment up.
I contacted Cadac onmy return and found this to be a common problem in the models up to 2010. there is a blue or black baffle at the bottom of the shaft where the jet is and the one on mine a blue one had melted. they promised to supply a new part FoC. I wait in anticipation. When this chef was working it was really great, basically you could do anything on it. I am wondering if anyone has had similar problems and whether they have been resolved?
thanks
