I had this problem recently, and wondered if the problem could be solved by sticking tenacious tape or just to try it out first, cheaper duck tape. Get a twelve inch length of tape and stick three inches to the vertical section of ground sheet. Then fold four inches together, forming a two inch flap with the remainder stuck under the ground sheet. Now fit a clingon onto the doubled piece and peg down.
