I am looking to buy a small trailer with abs lid, any advice would be gratefully recieved especially places/makes to avoid. was looking at the erde 122 ????
Both the Erde and Daxara range are ideal for camping, there is not a lot of weight in camping kit, but it does take volume, we use a 5ft x 3ft 7" trailer photo in my gallery.
As we mostly go camping in Southern France, I went for a 13" wheel "A" frame trailer, which is nice to tow when cruising down the French autoroutes at 81mph.
Check out the Assems range, as they do some camping specific trailers, nice alumnium sides, and flat deck lids, but are more expensive than thier Erde/Daxara equivelants.
The Erde 122 (Daxar 127 is a good little trailer but you will soon out grow it Look as big as you can afford.
Avoid the Erde 142 if possible as the Erde 143 is not much more and is 50mm deeper and you can buy proper extension sides when you outgrow it you do not have to buy a new trailer where as the 142 does not have the sides available.
