Used a brand new outwell windbreak last weekend and on first use two spikes on the poles came loose and disappeared into the ground and are lost. This seems to be a serious design flaw. Anyone know where to get the replacement spikes?

Can you not return it to the place you bought it from? or write direct to Outwell.

Perhaps if you don't wnat to exchange them, you could screw a bolt into the end fitting assuming it's nylon/plastic, and then cut off the head.

This happened to me a couple of years ago. I simply contacted the people I bought it from (Outdoor Megastore) and they sent me a new bottom section of pole. Failing that, I would go direct to Outwell - this seems to be a common problem.
