Blimey John, that's heartening. Although I too found him very helpful ON PURCHASING my items, sorting out a next day delivery (although I had to spend an extra 25 quid to get next day delivery for a fiver) and was happy to help me find another item to buy from his catalogue!

Returning something seems to be where people encounter the other side of Mr Singer.

OP we have these beds ( purchased from tesco in summer 09 ) and touch wood have had no problems
