Hi, Crack the pipes undo the 4 screws that hold the unit in place, undo the pipes, screw in the new unit, refit the pipes.
little tip get the pipes onto the unit but dont tighten until the screws are holding the unit tight. I have repaced 2 units in a 3 1/2 year old camper but changed to the gasglow ( not sure on spelling)
Test the pipe joints with soapy water after turning on the gas.

I've always done my own gas work, even in my own house. But if you have the slightest doubts as to your personal abilities then please get a caravan service agent or gas fitter to do the work for you.
It's not a big job, especially if you buy the parts, so it really won't cost that much.
If you got a fitter out to give you a price he would probably say "Give us 10 or 20 quid & I'll do it for you now"
Otherwise follow the instructions given above, Make sure first un-tightening & final tightening are done with the unit screwed to the bulkhead to avoid bending the pipes or straining the joints (as stated above, just thought I would reiterate as it's an important point, often over-looked)

Before going to all the trouble of replacing the regulator just try tapping it fairly hard with the handle of a plastic screwdriver or equivalent. I have a boat and, it seems, every spring it needs a good tap to get it going. Once 're-started' it performs quite happily for the rest of the season.
