Chances are the flush tube has split, sods law dictates that this happens, as it is harder to replace than the pump, especaly if your model has the pump bellows, and not the piston type pump.
Most caravan/camping shops have the parts, but imho they are overpriced, I bought one of the Lidl branded Thetford Porta-Pottis back in January, its almost a replica of my Thetford 235, the cost of the Lidl unit was almost as much as I had paid for bellows pump and flush tube for my 235, when I did a refurb on it.
Not only that the Lidl unit came with a set of chemicals.
Of course with yours being a van version, repair is the only option, as it will work out a lot cheaper than buying a whole new loo.
