Does anyone know how to contact Outwell? I found a link from a previous forum question but it is for their head offices in Denmark and doesn't have an email address anywhere just a telephone number. Surely there must be a UK contact somewhere! Can anyone help please.

Can't do the link but sunvalley sue does give an email adress for Mark Jennings at Ouse (outwell) try that. I've had contact with them, I think through email for a faulty chair. It was years ago but they were very helpful

Try Blacks Outdoors they should have it. We bought a Hartford Excell from them (long story not enough time, but amazing service.........they couriered a part from Denmark to our pitch on our campsite deep in the Burgundian countryside - marvellous).
We bought th tent from Blacks at Monks Cross, York.

Good plan...where would we be without the internet.
We have a the Outwell Hartford Excel, lovely tent but several arguments to pitch it. So we tend to use the Seconds Base Full and the 4.2 by Quechua/ Decathlon. Fabulous alternative if you want to pitch for one night.
Outwell are a superb company to deal with.
Happy camping
This time in 6 weeks I'll be on the way to the Lacanau surfing championships....more than likely sipping a glass of Chablis in Chablis (overnight stop 1/2 way). Love camping in France, the facilities are fantastic and the pitch sizes are HUGE.
