Hello- am searching for a decent width in a double sleeping bag and am struggling to find one over 150cm. I am sure in the past i have seen them with lovely spacious sounding 180-200 cm width. Its not that i want to get away from my lovely hubby, but it would be nice to be able to roll over and not take him with me...!!
Why not buy 2 singles that zip together - that's what we did.
We bought 2 Campus Adventure XL bags (90cm wide each) and got a left and a right hand one. We now have the option to zip them together as a double or use them as singles.
Does it have to be a sleeping bag? We gave up with ours and now use an ordinary double duvet, with the sleeping bag on top as a quilt if it's really cold.

Richard

hi we use outwell camper lux they are really big have 2 singles but open them up and zip together, it makes a huge double bag, very cosy 3 season, doesnt even feel like your in a bag just like a huge duvet
Big thanks to you all! We have tried many variations this summer! whilst in the vendee we could get away with our 2 old singles top and bottom, but found this too cold when camping in england- so resorted to a duvet!! thanks for the recommendations of which makes are nice and roomy- will put it on our christmas list. We have had a great season camping this year- still hoping for maybe just 1 more weekend here in cornwall ( if we get our usual warm september!)

We have this arrangement too, works really well and bags of room to move with no rustle of material (I hate that) just soft and cosy, neither of us are exactly small and we can still lose each other in there.
