Hope you experts out there can help me?

I am looking for a clever duffle bag to pack clothes into, and so making packing the car when we go camping all that much easier, and we will each get exactly the same space, so less arguments....

there are three of us in our family and so I am either looking for 1 large or two medium duffle bags that are made of different segements. I have seen a bag like this some time ago, but it was very expensive - three different comparments, each a different colour, that all zipped together to make one large bag.

I think Outwell used to make a special bag that was 2 pieces - which would also work, but I think they have stopped selling these now?

Any ideas gratefully received

We use tent packing bags - they squash up for easy packing and have compression straps for when we need to make them that little bit smaller on the way back.  Sorry, can't help with duffel bags.

Lindseyb,
thanks I know what you mean, I've tried a similar idea using a compression sack a little larger than a sleeping bag one to put 2 pillows in and make them smaller.

I like to take the luxury items with me.

Don't know about that type. I've had a nylon duffle/holdall for years, just roll the clothes, I can see what I need at a glance and they don't ironing. PJs, pants and non-iron stuff go into vacpac first.

Fotogen

yeah I roll too. put the rolls in vertically then it's easy to take one item out without removing or disturbing everything else. I pack rucksacks in the same way.

I'm looking for clever bag though, perhaps two halves that can be seperated, or I did see a bag once made of three sections that all zipped together to make one bag.
