if you look at your local Aldi stores, you may still come across an electric hook up for £30 with a 3 year warranty. I doubt you'll get 1 cheaper than that, other than ebay. Cant help with the fridge though.

depends what size fridge you are looking for, as you could go for a cooler, you can pick them up from as little as £30 for 12L from argos. I have got a 20L for £60 from Argos and it does a family of 4 its ok for us.
