Fantastic price!!!
Buy a Cadac Non-stick Heavy Duty Liner to use in the skottle, the skottle is not non stick, the linear is great, wipe clean simples!!!

Lots of people buy the Paella Pan to use instead ot the skottle and griddle, this is non stick.
Cadac customer service is fantastic,if you have any problems with your cadac they send you new parts out at no cost to yourself, had a new ribbed griddle sent to me and I also said i was not happy with the blk bbq rack, they sent me the chrome type instead. all for free.
Then 2 weeks later i recieved another blk bbq rack.

i havnt used it yet having only purchased it today but it seems daft that the skottle sticks that was the main reason we bought it for strif frys etc, its good to know that their customer services are good i was wondering where our chrome grill was but they must have replaced it with the black bbq thing this year

The black bbq rack is the standard one from 2009 onwards ,
From reading posts on this forum, the chrome ones just seem easier to clean, thats why I mentioned it to cadac and they sent one of the chrome wire type to me for free. Not tried it out yet to see if its better or not.
BLK bbq plate looks like this

Old wire grill looks a bit like this -

As for the skottle, dont get me wrong, things dont stick to it any worse than using a non stick pan at home, its just the linear makes things sooooo much easier, roll it up and take it to the wash area, quick wipe over and thats it. The skottle is quite heavy to carry with all your other washing up.( tend to get the kids to do the everning washing up).
Its the best bit of kit i use on the cadac
I use the skottle loads, I cook for 2 familys in France , 10 of us with ease.

I strongly recommend the roasting pan. Delicious roast chicken and spuds!
As far as the BBQ grills are concerned, I have the black one and it doesn't come very clean, but I figure that it gets hot enough for me not to worry very much. I generally find that wiping it with oil before use is enough to stop things sticking.
I don't use the skottel so much now that I've got the paella pan. It has a flat bottom and is more non-stick, so better for cooking breakfast in.
How long does a chicken take to cook and how do you cook it with the roasting pan?
Could you warm a pie up with the cadac?
Could the paella pan be used instead for roasting?
Sorry so many questions but I love the cadac and I am keen to use it for every meal if I can.
I think I may have to buy some more bits for the cadac.

Silly question, but what sort of cooking is the skottle for?
I've never used mine since the day I bought the Cadac and I'm really not sure how to use it.
I use my skottle for currys and stirfrys. Or any type meal with a sauce, I fry the meat till it`s sealed add any veg cook through and then add whatever sauce I am using. Simmer untill the dish is cooked through.
To clean we add hot water and leave it to soak for a while, the skottles do stick a bit but always clean up well.
