We have the Coleman Comfort, it sometimes sells at around £20 if you can find an offer. £27 atm on Amazon. Can highly recommend.

 Hi,

We also have the Coleman Comfort,

We love it, stays inflated for at least 10 days.then we just top up.

Also has adjustable panels for individual needs/comfort for each sleeper.

Andy.

Another vote for the Coleman. It has 2 separate air chambers - effectively one for each side - so it doesn't throw one of you around when the other rolls over. It also seems a little better built than some of the cheaper ones.

I am considering buying a single air bed in place of my Vango campbed.
But looking at the inflation time 120 mins. for a single/180 mins. for a double !! is this correct ?
The figures came from the Argos website.
I suppose if it is you could cut the grass on the campsite while you were waiting.

120-180 mins to blow up an air bed ! I suppose that is feasible if you blow very slowly, but I assume they mean seconds rather than minutes. That would be on the basis of an electric pump (240v or 12v) which is pretty much a necessity anyway, particularly if you have more than one to inflate.

By the way, an electric pump is the best way to deflate an airbed in order to pack it up. You will never manage to squeeze all the air out, even after another 120-180 mins.

We've got an Intex which is exactly the same size as our 5ft x 6ft bed at home and even more comfortable. Would fully recommend. (Can't remember how much we paid for it though).

I second everything others have said about Coleman comfort, it has everything that you ask for in your post. Also if you paid for your regattas by credit card, debit card or cheque the store can accept a statement as proof of purchase

Are they going down or just going soft? If it's going soft then you probably just need some insulation under them. I'd also be surprised if you can get a cheapish one that will stay up for a few days, it's normal to top them up every day or two.

Hi Archer cant remember how i paid think it was cash tho must check it tnx and mussels not sure it could be insulation but i was tipping the ground in the morning blew them up at home and no hissing or leaks evident seems 2 be only when they are being used  but you might have something with the insulation as i woke in middle of night absolutely freezing and its only now iv read that its the air in airbeds that goes cold so might try again with blankets sheets on top and under

thanks for all advise so appreciated
